The Negro Leagues Family Alliance (NLFA) celebrated its “Baseball, Jazz & All That Swing Founders ‘250’ Jubilee” at the Arts Ballroom in Philadelphia, PA on July 10, 2026. It was a fun time with talented artists and supportive and loving guests.  Joyce Stearnes Thompson performed “Summertime,” and was accompanied by her sister, Rosilyn. This event was directed by Rose Fox-Hunter and received the support of many organizations and persons that included Major League Baseball (MLB), the Turkey Stearnes Foundation and the Detroit Tigers Foundation. 🤟🏾
